Mike AvilaMike Avila has been involved in construction and real estate development for over 40 years.  Mr. Avila started working for his father, also a builder and developer when he was 12 years old.  Mr. Avila quickly moved up the ranks and eventually served as a senior project manager for a privately held apartment builder in San Jose.  Mr. Avila also served as a senior project manager for a national real estate investment trust with several properties in the Bay Area. Over the span of his career, he has been directly responsible for over 5,000 multi-family units.  Currently, Mr. Avila serves as the President and co-founder of Michael Roberts Construction Inc., an affiliate company of For the Future Housing Inc. with responsibility for business development, project estimating and management. Additionally, he has general oversight over the company’s real estate development operations. Mr. Avila maintains the following licenses:
